It took a lot of talking but I finally got Christian and Shelton to agree to a picture day with Cindy McDaniels. Christian’s main concern was that I did not make him wear make up which I don’t even know where that thought came from!! Some of the best pictures of the day were of Christian and Shelton together. I never really thought about how much Shelton would miss Christian until one night he was squatted down looking at the pictures I had on a big dry erase board in my study. He sat there for five or ten minutes never saying a word and then looked over at me and said “There are only three pictures of me and Christian. There should have been more.”
