Brothers Forever

Two brothers could not have been more different but more alike than Josh and Christian.  Josh was the first child, the first grandchild…. the first.  Most children would have been spoiled by all the attention, but not Josh.  Two years later Christian burst onto the scene and Josh had a buddy.  I do not remember them ever fighting very much like you would expect.  Josh just accepted Christian’s presence like he had been waiting for him to come along.  Looking back now at all the pictures of when they were young in so many of them Josh is hovering over Christian as though he is protecting him.  As they grew older Josh grew quieter as Christian grew more boisterous.  Never a dull moment.  Josh sitting back listening, watching and smiling at Christian’s antics and Christian hogging the spotlight.  And then as each of them became men, their differences becoming more apparent, they still kept that strong bond of brotherhood between them.  Always protective of each other, always there for each other……always and forever brothers.
