How Can I Help?

You can help Magnolia Son help children in many different ways.

Maybe you can provide monetary support through donations or by purchasing a t-shirt or any of the other products we will offer.  Maybe you’d like to get email notifications whenever we post new information to this website. Or, maybe you can support us with your encouragement and your shoulder when we need it.

You can visit one of the merchants that is willing to carry our products in their stores. And, if you do purchase something at one of these merchants, please be sure to tell them “Thank You for carrying Magnolia Son products!” This will go a long way in showing OUR appreciation to them for making the commitment to us and to Christian.

The Magnolia Son t-shirts are very special to us because each t-shirt has some connection to Christian whether that is his life philosophy, a symbol of his work ethic, or just something symbolic of the things he enjoyed doing. We spent months coming up with designs that will reflect Christian in everything we do.

Another way to help Magnolia Son would be to ask the store owners where you shop to carry our products in their store. It would be wonderful to have t-shirts in stores all over the state. Just put in a good word for us with the owners, direct them to this website so they can learn more about Christian and Magnolia Son.

If you would like to make a donation to help our cause, you can do so by clicking here. If you’d like to make your donation in memory of someone, there will be an opportunity to tell us that during the payment process. If you do make a donation in honor or in memory of someone, we will be honored to send a personal card to the family and make them aware of the donation, And we will be sure to tell them how much your donation means to our organization and the children we assist.

If you have tennis shoes at home that are in good condition, we would appreciate a donation of your second hand tennis shoes. We can always give the kids a second pair of tennis shoes so they do not have to wear their new tennis shoes every day when they are outside playing or participating in activities which may cause their new shoes to get dirty or “messed up” as the kids say. Contact us and we’ll work out either give you a drop off point or work out picking them up.

So, there are lots of different ways in which you can help us help children and honor the memory of our Magnolia Son. It’s really up to you. Pick one or several ways, but please consider acting on what you’ve learned today about Christian and the organization we’ve created to keep his spirit alive.

But, as his mother, one of the most important things you can do is to remember Christian.

Whether that’s when you pull a Live Life Large T-shirt out of the laundry, post or read a funny story on this website or whenever you see a riverboat on the Mississippi. Just knowing you thought of him and smiled would fulfill part of my mission as his mom.
